These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by FAST and FURIOUS TOKYO. ("we," "us," or "our") through our website www.wildspeed.net/fastandfurious-home (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Words with the initial letter capitalized have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

•Company (referred to as either "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to FAST and FURIOUS TOKYO, Japan.

•Country refers to Japan.

•Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

•Service refers to the Website and any related services provided by the Company.

•Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

•Website refers to FAST and FURIOUS TOKYO, accessible from www.wildspeed.net/fastandfurious-home.

•You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between you and the Company. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

 

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

[Booking and Reservations]

Booking Process

•Availability: All bookings are subject to availability.

•Confirmation: A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

•Information Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are correct.

 

Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in Japanese YEN (JPY) or US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: some text

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Online Payment Platforms: PayPal

Cash 

 

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

Customer Cancellations

•Notice: Cancellations must be made by emailing us at fastandfurious.japan@gmail.com.

 

A 100% payment is required for EV-KART Adventure Ride tours at the time of booking.

 

You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 10 days before your scheduled tour

 

To qualify, the cancellation must be completed 10 full days before 12:00 AM (JST) on the day of your tour. For example, if your tour is on a Friday, you need to cancel by midnight the previous Thursday (or 12:00 AM Friday the week before in the tour’s timezone) to receive the full refund

 

For cancellations made within 9 days of the tour, the following fees apply :

 

•6-9 days before: 25%

•3-5 days before: 50%

•2 days before: 75%

•1 day before: 100%

 

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control.

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

No-Shows

Failure to appear on the day of the tour will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.

 

However, in the case of booking through other OTA sites, the cancellation policy stipulated by the operator of each OTA site will apply.

 

[Changes to Bookings]

•By You: Any changes to bookings must be requested by emailing us at fastandfurious.japan@gmail.com and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

•By Us: We may make minor changes to itineraries due to local conditions. Significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

 

[Responsibilities and Obligations]

Your Responsibilities

•Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, driver's license and visas.

•Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your travels.

•Health and Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring that you are in suitable health to participate in the tour.

 

Our Obligations

•Service Delivery: We will provide the services as described, subject to changes as outlined in these Terms.

•Safety: We prioritize your safety but are not liable for events beyond our control.

 

[Transportation Disclaimer]

•Outsourced Transportation: All transportation services provided as part of our tours are outsourced to third-party service providers. FAST and FURIOUS TOKYO does not own, operate, or control any vehicles used in the transportation of customers.

•Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, delays, or losses that may occur due to transportation services provided by third-party companies.

 

[Prohibited Activities]

You agree not to:

•Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

•Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

 

[Intellectual Property]

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

•Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service.

•Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

 

[Limitation of Liability]

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

•Total Liability: Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service.

 

[Indemnification]

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and its employees from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

 

[Governing Law]

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

[Dispute Resolution]

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan, in accordance with the rules of the domestic court.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
